Please post the Ohio Reach symbol on your office walls. Our hope is for youth throughout the state to begin to recognize these symbols, and easily identify who is familiar with barriers faced by emancipating foster youth when seeking higher education.

Due to the generosity of Ohio Reach partners, our annual Summit participants receive a wealth of materials!

Casey Start Up Kit

• Each of the 100+ child welfare workers in attendance received a copy of It's My Life: Postsecondary Education and Training targeted toward assisting youth with applying for colleges and being successful.

• Each of the 100+ higher education representatives received Supporting Success: Improving Higher Education Outcomes for Youth From Foster Care. This resource walks you through, step by step, how to create support on your campus and develop your own foster care liaison model.

• All 200+ attendees received a copy of the It's My Life: Financial Aid Excerpt.

• Another great Casey resource: Providing Effective Financial Aid Assistance to Foster Care and Unaccompanied Homeless Youth

To request a FREE copy of any of the above mentioned publications, please visit the Casey Family Programs online store to request up to five copies.
