Dr. Glenn DuBois, Chancellor of Virginia's Community Colleges,
spent his summer vacation bicycling over 700 miles, in order to
promote Great Expectations for foster youth pursuing higher ed.

The aim of this program is to increase the number of Virginia foster
care youth who enroll in and graduate from higher education. Dr. DuBois
was and is willing to literally go the extra mile for this initiative.
